Radiator, the East Midlands Festival for New Technology Art, is becoming known as the UK's leading biennial digital arts festival. The festival was orginally conceived in 2000 by Trampoline - the region's platform for new technology art.

Trampoline has been running regular, accessible platform events for artists working with new media and video in Nottingham and throughout the East Midlands. Since its inception in 1997, With a total of 34 events to date, Trampoline has actively promoted this artform from Nottingham's Broadway Cinema.

In 2002, Trampoline expanded by opening a sister branch in Berlin.Trampoline offers artists the opportunity to exhibit at an event with international perspective, a history of curating and commissioning this particular art form and the technical knowledge to achieve more than they themselves thought possible.
